CHARACTERISTICS: This is a digital pressure control for water pumps. It starts and stops the pump according to the detected data of the water status, flow in the pipe and the pipeline pressure. It can replace the traditional water supply system composed of pressure tank, pressure switch, water shortage protection device, check valve, four way etc. It has both electric parts completely isolated from the pipe and high seaing control box, which ensures more unparalleled safety comparing with traditional electronic pressure control. The integrated design can help save more time and material.
Comparing with traditional electronic pressure control, it has the following notable characteristics: 1-With new pressure sensor technology, the digital tube displays the real-time pipeline pressure. 2-It has two working modes. Different applications can be met by pressing buttons casually. 3-It has a forced-start function to avoid internal jam of the water pump. 4-There is a wide range of adjustable starting pressure, and the pressure difference is small, which requires a low limit to the minimum head of the pump. 5-The built-in automatic function can make the controller be used freely for the water pumps with head arranged from 10-98m. Manual set is not needed, because it can adjust the starting pressure automaticly according to the pressure in the pipeline. The malfunction caused by mi smatched starting pressure and pump head set by hand will be avoided. 6-It has an overpressure protection function. 7-It has an function of self-detecting and automatic restart. 8-It has a power-cut memory function. The fixed pressure value and working mode will be recorded in spite of power-cut.
