The pneumatic hand pump S501 is a gas-type hand-held pneumatic pump, which is used in conjunction with the DPG210 digital pressure gauge. It is suitable for calibrating the instruments installed on site in the industrial process and all kinds of pressure instruments used in the control room. It can also provide pressure sources for calibration of all kinds of pressure transmitters, pressure sensors and all kinds of pressure instruments within 1.6MPa. The manual pressure pump can be used for calibration. Hand-held pressure is portable, its pressure adjustment and air discharge are very coordinated, in addition to it. Piping, instrument joints, etc., are used to connect the standard meter and the meter to be calibrated. The pipeline joints are reliable in sealing and easy to operate. The hand-held pressure calibrator can be carried to the site and connected to the calibrated instrument. The calibration is quick and simple. It avoids the troublesome procedure of removing the calibrated instrument in the on-site process pipeline and the instrument control room and transferring it to the laboratory for calibration. Therefore, the work efficiency is higher.

Structure and working principle:

The pneumatic hand pump is composed of a cylinder, a piston rod, a trimmer, an on-off valve, a handle connecting rod, and a quick connector. The quick connector connects the calibration table and the calibrated table. When in use, the handle connecting rod is moved in by hand-----relax and repeat, so as to drive the reciprocating movement of the piston rod, change the cylinder volume, and the output pressure of the cylinder can be 0~0.7MPa.

Precautions for use:

The joint uses a connecting pipe to connect the standard meter and the calibrated meter.
When pressing, turn the on/off valve clockwise to tighten, and when unloading, the opposite is true.
Pay attention to keep all parts sealed during the calibration.
After the calibration is completed, the instrument must be unloaded before disassembling, otherwise it will be dangerous
and damage the instrument.
When installing the instrument, PTFE tape should be wrapped around the threaded joint to ensure the seal.
