In hydraulic stations and lubrication systems, monitoring both tank liquid level and oil temperature is a common requirement. Traditional solutions necessitate two separate instruments, leading to higher costs for installation, wiring, and maintenance. Furthermore, a single liquid level switch or temperature switch often fails to meet complex demands such as multi-point alarms, PLC interlocking, and analog signal acquisition. These harsh industrial environments—filled with oil, vapor, dust, and vibration—place extremely high demands on product protection and data stability.

 
To address this, MEOKON introduces the MD-S853TL, integrating liquid level and temperature monitoring into a single device. Featuring a stainless steel housing and a plastic head with an IP67 protection rating, it supports local display of both level and temperature. With 4 switch outputs and 2 analog 4-20mA outputs, it is perfectly suited for industrial sites like hydraulic systems, lubrication systems, and machine tool automation.
