How to make each person stand out? The answer is here

In the ceramic furnace, the stability of the furnace temperature curve directly determines the color of the glazed surface; in the glass furnace, it helps the gas distribution to be precise.

The challenges of gas flow monitoring in the kiln industry

Traditional float flowmeter readings are unreliable.

Due to the significant vibrations in kilns and limited installation space, traditional float flowmeters are susceptible to interference. Operators have to climb ladders daily to check angles and read scales, and often doubt the accuracy of the readings.

Unit conversions are a headache, making it difficult to select the right model.

The kiln industry commonly uses m³/h, but most instruments on the market use L/min. Which range should be selected for 27 m³/h? Many people can only rely on experience and “make do.”

Installation is limited, and maintenance is difficult.

Mechanical float flowmeters are large and heavy, requiring ample installation space and a suitable support structure. Crucially, the tilt angle of the flowmeter cannot exceed 20 degrees during installation.

Therefore, we launched the MD-S975, which we call a “gas flow monitor”.

Tailor-made “Kiln-Specific Model”

We have specially designed commonly used kiln measuring ranges such as 18m³/h, 27m³/h, and 50m³/h, eliminating the need for customers to perform conversions themselves; selection is a one-step process.

(ps: 100/300/400/800/1700 SLM are the standard model’s selectable measuring ranges)

Shock-resistant and vibration-proof, flexible installation

Utilizing a thermal principle, it is not afraid of vibration. Its compact size (minimum volume only 159cm³) and 270° rotating dial adapt to the complex piping layout around the kiln, meeting different installation needs and angles.

Multi-gas measurement, supports dual-medium switching

It can measure most common gases on the market and has a gas medium switching function, which can switch between two different gases at any time. Currently, two models are designed for air and oxygen, and air and nitrogen.

Direct data connection, eliminating the need for manual monitoring

Supports 4~20mA/RS485 output, providing digital output and real-time data acquisition capabilities to meet the needs of modern digital monitoring and control.

High-performance materials, withstands kiln environments

The product’s outer shell is made of polyurethane plastic, the base is made of aluminum alloy, and the screws are made of carbon steel. It can withstand temperatures of -10~60℃ and pressures of 0.2~2MPa. It is not afraid of high temperatures and vibrations in the workshop, ensuring stable and reliable long-term operation and significantly reducing maintenance frequency.
